1jjo Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1jjo ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of the 1jjo platform, including all games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and payment services, is subject to these Terms at all times.

These Terms apply to all versions of the platform, including the website at 1jjo.win, the Android mobile application, and any other interface through which 1jjo services are accessed. By continuing to use the platform after any updates to these Terms, you accept the revised version automatically. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

If you are registering on behalf of yourself, you confirm that you are doing so as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, automated access, or use on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited without express written permission from 1jjo.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 1jjo platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 1jjo does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are registering and playing as an individual for personal entertainment only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 1jjo platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 1jjo employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 1jjo does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of online gaming in specific locations. You accept full responsibility for determining this before registering.

3. Account Registration

One account per person is permitted on the 1jjo platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them are subject to suspension and pending balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Account Security

Your login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your account details with any other person. 1jjo will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player's credentials were shared or not properly protected. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 1jjo support team immediately.

Verification

1jjo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of your registered payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending verification completion. This is a standard security process to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on the 1jjo platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account in PKR, and the amount you withdraw lands in PKR in your chosen payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods

1jjo currently supports the following PKR deposit channels:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly
• Easypaisa — Telenor mobile wallet integration
• Raast — Pakistan's instant interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard transfers from registered Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit/Credit Cards and mobile wallets — where card payment is supported

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made using an account, card, or wallet belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.

Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply depending on the payment method selected. These are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect instantly; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. 1jjo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. This is a security measure to prevent misdirected payments and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times can vary based on payment method and verification status. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest. Bank transfers follow standard interbank processing timelines.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• 1jjo reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a standard fraud prevention measure.
• Withdrawals that cannot be matched to a verified payment method in the player's name will be held until the method is confirmed.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1jjo platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question. These rules are displayed within each section of the platform before bets are confirmed.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered placed once you have received a confirmation from the platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues or connection problems at the player's end are not considered accepted by 1jjo. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable connection when placing bets.

Void Bets and Cancellations

1jjo reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion.
• A bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
• There is evidence of manipulation of the event or outcome being bet upon.
• A technical error affected the bet placement process in a way that resulted in an inaccurate outcome.

In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account. Voiding is not used selectively — the same rules apply whether the outcome was favourable or unfavourable to the player.

Sports and Market Rules

Specific rules apply to each sport. For cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test cricket — rules regarding rain delays, reduced overs (DLS method), abandoned matches, and super overs are applied in accordance with official tournament regulations. For football, regular time rules apply unless extra time or penalties are explicitly stated in the market description. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

1jjo may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, or cashback from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be detailed alongside the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover requirement before conversion to withdrawable PKR.
• Different games and sports markets may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed in the specific promotional terms.
• 1jjo reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds and associated winnings if bonus abuse, syndicate play, or irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements after the expiry period will be forfeited.

8. User Conduct and Fair Play

Fair play is fundamental to the 1jjo platform. All players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in a manner that does not undermine the integrity of games or other users' experience. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or third-party tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, bingo rooms, or betting markets.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or latency advantages. Any player who discovers an error is required to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Harassing, abusing, or using offensive language toward customer support staff or other players in chat features.

Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances resulting from such activity, and permanent closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

1jjo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can cease to be an enjoyable pastime and become problematic. We provide tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of PKR you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened and promotional communications will cease.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

1jjo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorized activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual or syndicate.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or a breach of fair play rules, legitimate undisputed PKR balances will be returned to the player via a verified payment method, subject to applicable processing requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 1jjo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 1jjo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjo, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connection loss, or data corruption.
• Errors in betting odds, match results, or payout calculations, subject to our void bet provisions.
• Unauthorized access to your account where credentials were compromised on the user's end.

In all cases where liability is established, the total liability of 1jjo to any player shall not exceed the amount of the disputed stake or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.

12. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during registration, verification, and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

1jjo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notification on the platform or to your registered contact details. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revisions, your sole remedy is to discontinue using 1jjo and close your account.
